Attorney Marshall Disner has dedicated his practice to litigating on behalf of clients seeking unemployment compensation in the state of Michigan. Disner once served as an administrative law Judge for 10 years. Eight of those years were spent presiding over unemployment hearings.

Many of Disner’s clients were entitled to unemployment benefits but were accused of fraud by the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA). When these clients were assessed excessive penalties, Disner sought to eliminate or dramatically reduce those penalties.

Disner continually fights to preserve the rights of his clients to receive the unemployment benefits they are lawfully entitled to. In addition to advocating for the unemployed, Disner has over 47 years of litigation experience in various state trials and federal courts with hearings spanning criminal, civil, eminent domain and administrative sectors.
