Hurricane Maria Relief
In 2017, we established our presence in San Juan, strengthening our ability to support our operations while becoming part of a community known for its resilience, dedication, and strong sense of connection.
That same year, Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, leaving communities without electricity, communications, and essential resources.
As the island began the difficult process of recovery, we wanted to contribute in a meaningful way.
Puerto Rico: Standing Together After Hurricane Maria
In response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria, our organization donated 500 solar-powered portable chargers to first responders and public safety personnel in Puerto Rico.
With widespread electrical outages affecting communications and emergency operations, these portable chargers offered a practical way to help emergency personnel keep essential devices powered while serving their communities.
It was a small contribution in the face of an extraordinary challenge, but one that reflected our belief that supporting a community means being present when help is needed most.
The catastrophic damage from hurricane Maria still affects the country today and donations are needed for relief efforts. If you want to help, please consider a donation to the Foundation below. Their efforts have been focused on bringing clean drinking water and electricity to those who need it most.
