Do Not Call Policy

Kresch Legal Services PR, LLC DBA 1-800-LAW-FIRM and its affiliates (the “Company”) are committed to protecting and respecting consumers’ rights and privacy. As a result, the Company takes steps to ensure that it complies with all applicable federal and state Do Not Call (“DNC”) rules and regulations. The Company has instituted procedures for maintaining a list of persons who request not to receive telemarketing calls made by or on behalf of the company, and it honors all do not call requests it receives.

The Company’s employees and any vendors that make marketing calls on the Company’s behalf are trained in this policy and made aware of these procedures before they perform any work for, or on behalf of, the Company. The company periodically reviews this policy with its employees and requires that anyone working with the Company to do the same.

Persons calling on behalf of the Company for telemarketing purposes must provide their name, the name of the entity on whose behalf the call is being made, and that entity’s contact telephone number or address.

You may request, by telephone or in writing, that the Company stop calling you and place your name on the Company’s DNC list. Though we will ask for your name, address, and telephone number, we will accept your request even if you only provide your telephone number. Please understand we can only place numbers that you provide to us on our DNC list, so please provide us with any numbers on which you do not wish to be called. We will not share the information you provide in connection with a DNC request with anyone except to implement your request or as required by law.

When you make a do not call request, your request and your name, if provided, are placed on a DNC list at the time the request is made. The Company will honor the do not call request as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date of the request. It may take up to 10 business days for your telephone number to be removed from company-wide calling lists. We will maintain a record of your do not call request. After making a request, you will stay on our DNC list for at least 5 years. If you move, change your telephone number, or add an additional telephone number, you must provide us with the new telephone number in order for us to prevent calls to that number.

Please note that the Federal Trade Commission offers a service to consumers that allows them to place their residential phone number on a National DNC Registry.

Consumers may add their residential phone number to the list by either calling 888-382-1222 or visiting www.donotcall.gov.
